Radio is loved by many, and Radioawaz has done a commendable job in keeping their user interest intact, with great content. Who we are and why we are different:
Listenership & Targeted community: - The show specifically targets the South Asian community driving to work in the morning punch in, punch out, which makes it "Driving Show" with a huge listenership of approximately 1.5 million Punjabi, Hindi & Urdu speaking people. Our show targets age group from 20 – 80 years old people
Program Content: - Presenting discussions on current topics, news updates around the world and weather updates and delivering helpful tips to improve one's physical, mental, financial and social being. We insert a health tip segment in our program twice a week sponsored by Harjeet Sandhu RNCP/ROHP (Registered Nutritional Consultant/Therapist), and she is South Asian Health Ambassador with Heart & Stroke Foundation. Along with informative sources, we also bring riddles, songs contest, funny topics and get more people involved in our subjects.
Area Serving: - AM 530 covers a broader area approximately 1000 km from Toronto's base point. East-west boundaries are from Kingston (Ottawa) to London (Sarnia) & North-South area covered from Sudbury (Barrie) to Pennsylvania (New York) in America.
